We trust you will be completely satisfied with our products, but if you've changed your mind or are unhappy with an item you've purchased from us please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to discuss your concerns and arrange a refund, exchange or return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please inform us of any issues concerning your goods within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. As we are continually looking to improve our products, we may ask for the item(s) to be sent back to us for inspection (returns are free of charge). If faulty/damaged/incorrect items are requested for return, a pre-paid returns label will be provided unless otherwise agreed. Items should be returned to us within 30 days.
Other returns
We understand that sometimes you change your mind after receiving a product. Please get in touch with us within 15 days of delivery by emailing sales@gardenskill.com or calling us on 01902 725055 if you wish to return your item for a refund or exchange. Unwanted items should be returned unused, as new and preferably in the original packaging within 30 days of notification. Please send all returns to our Returns Department at the address below. Since GardenSkill cannot accept liability for returned goods until they are delivered into our warehouse, if returning the items yourself we recommend using a tracked collection service. Alternatively, we offer two returns service options. Option 1: Hermes/Evri returns label for dropping off at your nearest Hermes/Evri Parcel Shop at a charge of £7.50. Option 2: Home collection via courier at a charge of £12.50. Please note that collections for / returns on oversize items (items longer than 1.2m, ultra-heavy items, multiple heavy product returns etc.) and items from certain postcodes (for example addresses in Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) may incur additional collection charges. These charges will always be done at minimum cost, i.e. exactly what we are charged by the courier. If items have been damaged, show clear signs of use or are returned with missing components, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value (to be determined following goods-inwards inspection).

Refunds
Most refunds are processed within 3-4 working days, once goods are delivered back to our Returns Department. However, bank refund pocessing times can vary so please allow up to 30 days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Please note that refunds will be made to the account or card used to make the purchase unless otherwise discussed and agreed. For any refund queries or updates, feel free to call us on 01902 725055 (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) or email sales@gardenskill.com.
Cancellations
You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to processing for a full refund. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received. Simply call us on 01902 725055 (8am-5pm Monday to Friday) or email sales@gardenskill.com with your name, address and order reference.
Statutory rights
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 14 working days from the day after you receive the product. Should you wish to exercise this right, please call us on 01902 725055 during our opening hours (8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday) or send an email to sales@gardenskill.com stating your intention to cancel the order, and include your name, address and order reference number.
