We try to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. On the rare occasion that your product is out of stock, we will get in touch as soon as possible to let you know
Once despatched, when will my goods arrive?
We send our products by Royal Mail or courier service. Goods usually arrive within 2-3 working days of despatch, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery
My order is taking longer to arrive that I thought. What should I do?
Royal Mail and our courier firms offer a very efficient and reliable service, though occasionally some orders may take a little longer to arrive than the estimated delivery dates, especially if sent during Christmas or other busy times of the year. Please allow 7 working days for delivery (and 10 working days during the Christmas rush). We send most of our FREE DELIVERY items by Royal Mail and it is always worth checking at your local post office if your order is more than 7 working days late. If you still haven't recieved your item(s) within this time, call us on 01902 725055 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
I live in the Scottish Highlands/Islands/Northern Ireland. Will you charge more to send my goods?
It depends where you live and what you order. Many of our items are small and sent by Royal Mail, with no extra charge to deliver to any address within the UK. However, we have to use courier companies for some of our larger products, who unfortunately tend to charge more to deliver to some addresses in the Highlands/Islands/N Ireland. I’ve just bought your product but I need help assembling it
Our products are specifically designed to be as simple and user-friendly as possible. Where needed, we include detailed assembly instructions with your order. You can also find demonstration videos for many of our products on our video and Youtube pages. Problems & Issues
I've received my order but an item is damaged or missing. What to do?
Please inspect your order within 24hrs of delivery and get in touch as soon as possible so that we can help resolve any problems or concerns. You can call on 01902 725055 (8am-5pm Monday to Friday) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Faulty goods may need to be returned for inspection to determine how the damage occurred and to make sure it doesn’t happen again. A replacement or refund will be provided once this is complete.
What you have sent me is not what I ordered. What should I do?

If we’ve sent you the wrong thing we will refund all costs including the cost of returning the item(s) to us, or alternatively we will send the correct item(s) to you as soon as possible.
I’m not happy with/no longer want/made a mistake ordering the goods you sent me. What should I do?
We love our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with them too. If for any reason you wish to return your goods, please let us know within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once we have confirmed your details, either send your goods back to us yourself or allow us to arrange for collection (note: we may levy an additional charge for this service to cover courier costs). If you choose to return the goods yourself, please note that Gardenskill does not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return, so we advise obtaining a postal receipt or using recorded delivery. nPlease return goods unused and ideally in the original packaging to the following address: Returns Department, Gardenskill Ltd., 30 Crossgate Road, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Redditch B98 7SN. Please include your name, address, order number and any relevant paperwork. (Please note: bespoke and made-to-measure items are not eligible for a refund).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Maestro and Mastercard), Paypal and cheque (for cheques, please allow 5 working days for clearance).
I don’t like ordering online. Is there another way to pay?
Yes, we can take your order over the phone. Call us on 01902 725055 from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, send us a cheque – be sure to include your name, address and ideally a phone number or email address in case we need to get in touch. Cheques should be made payable to: Gardenskill Ltd and sent to: Gardenskill Ltd., 30 Crossgate Road, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Redditch, B98 7SN.
Do you have any shops or outlets?
We are an online retailer and manufacturer so we don’t have any shops to visit. However, you are more than welcome to pop in to our warehouses – we are always happy to see our customers and can supply any product we have in stock at the time. Pop in anytime between 9am and 4pm Mon-Thurs or ring ahead to arrange an appointment. We also have stands at major UK garden shows during spring and summer. Are my payment details stored on your website?
We strongly believe in your right to privacy and security. We will never store your credit card or payment details on our system, and we will not share any of your information with third parties
