Onion fly nematodes are an effective biological control for root-feeding onion fly larvae, also known as onion root maggots. Once applied, these beneficial organisms work in the soil to target developing pests before serious crop damage occurs. 
Perfect for onions, leeks, garlic and shallots, nematodes protect vulnerable root systems from feeding larvae that cause yellowing, wilting and plant loss. They’re safe for edible crops and ideal for organic vegetable growing. 
Apply with water to moist soil around plants during peak onion fly activity. Early and repeat treatments help maintain healthier crops and improved harvest success. 
We have two nematode pack sizes to choose from: 50 sq metres or 100 sq metres of outdoor space.
