Our Build-a-Cage fruit cage is a high quality aluminium frame crop cage for growing and protecting a range of fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers and plants. This 0.625m tall cage comes with a fitted 4mm diameter insect mesh cover with two large doors for easy access to crops. Suitable for strawberries, salads and herbs, as well as low growing brassicas, since the mesh is small enough to stop cabbage whites. The kit takes minutes to build with no tools needed - simply insert tubes into connector balls to build the frame, add the netted cover over the top and peg down! All components to build your cage are included. Assembled frame dimensions: 2m x 1m x 0.625m high. Note: cage should be inserted into the ground to a depth of 5-10cm of the tubing to ensure stability, depending on soil type.
