In order to keep prices as competitive as possible, different product ranges on our website are subect to different delivery charges. Please see below for further details:


GROW YOUR OWN PRODUCTS

UK Mainland Only

We try to keep our prices very competitive and avoid any extra charges wherever possible. However, products in our Grow Your Own range are subject to the following small delivery charges to most U.K. mainland addresses:

  1. Orders below £8.00 - additional £2.25 delivery charge.
  2. Orders between £8.01 and £15.00 - additional £4.49 delivery charge.
  3. Orders between £15.01 and £120.00 - additional £6.49 delivery charge.
  4. Orders above £120.00 - free delivery.

Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland
Extra delivery charges may apply to addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and islands off the mainland, although we will endeavour to keep these as low as possible. Please email us at sales@gardenskill.com or call us on 01902 725055 for more details.  If you place an order to a non UK mainland address and fail to pay additional carriage, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Overseas
Please call or email us for further information for all overseas deliveries.

Delivery Times
We will endeavour to process all UK mainland orders within 1-3 working days, subject to availability.

If any item is out of stock we will try to notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly for deliveries overseas, to Northern Ireland, to outlying islands and to certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands .

Special Delivery Requests
Requests for delivery to a third party address might result in short delays while extra checks are made to verify the information given.

Any exceptions to the above delivery times are shown against the individual products affected.

If you have any special delivery requirements please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Saturday Delivery is available for certain items at an extra cost. Please contact us for details.

It should be noted that deliveries normally always require a valid signature. The packaging and contents should be checked as soon as possible (preferably whilst the driver is present) and any damage or shortage noted on the delivery receipt. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods if there are any shortages or damage.

UK Mainland
Unless otherwise stated, we offer free delivery to residents of the U.K. mainland on all items in our Garden Machinery range.

Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland
Due to the high cost of deliveries to certain parts of Scotland, on certain items of garden machinery the following postcodes carry an additional carriage charge of £30.00 + VAT:

AB31 - AB38; AB41 - AB42; AB43 - AB45; AB51 - AB56;
IV1 - IV56; FK19 - FK21; KA27 - KA28; KW1 - KW14;
PA20 - PA40; PH19 -PH40; PH60

MO Bacter & Other Fertilisers - For orders of 1 bag of MO Bacter, the following postcodes are subject to an additional £11.00 delivery charge: PA, PH, KY, KW, IV, BT. Discounted delivery prices may be available on orders of 2 bags or more. Please call us on 01902 864753 for a quote.

Oil
Unless otherwise stated, free oil is provided with all items of petrol driven garden machinery

RETURNS

It is the aim of GardenSkill Ltd to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your chosen purchase.

We only supply quality products from respected manufacturers, all of whom have an extensive network of Authorised Service Dealers.

All the products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty as specified in the individual product details, and in the unlikely event of any problems with your machine we shall be pleased to direct you to your nearest Authorised Service Dealer.

Please note that GardenSkill Ltd is solely responsible for determining the appropriate course of action for returns, repairs and warranty issues.
If you choose to take a different course of action to the one set out by us, GardenSkill Ltd can not accept liability for expenses incurred, or subsequent breach of warranty conditions.

You have the option to cancel your order up to 8 days after delivery provided the product is as delivered, is unused, and is in its original packing. Please contact us and we will arrange for it to be collected from you. Under the terms of the Distance Selling (Mail Order, Telephone and Internet Shopping) Regulations we reserve the right to levy a charge representing the direct costs of uplifting the goods.

In the event that a machine needs to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis and/or repair, you must disassemble it and pack it up either in its original or other suitable box, otherwise the courier will be unable to accept the goods for transport.
